Since the 1980s, Kurt Gilbertson has proudly called The Ridge home and has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families find quality housing. In 2018, his son Kyle joined the business, expanding its reach and continuing a family tradition built on trust, experience, and local expertise. Together, they take pride in managing owners’ investments with care while placing the right tenants in each rental.

Your property is treated as if it were our own, and many of our owners have trusted us for over a decade because they value the personal, hands-on service we provide.

 

We utilize AppFolio property management software to give owners secure, real-time access to detailed financial reporting. Owners can view rent payments, expenses, and performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis—whichever best fits their needs. Our comprehensive management services include thorough tenant screening (background checks, credit checks, and prior landlord verification), rent collection, maintenance coordination, utility and invoice payments when applicable, property showings, and acting as the primary point of contact between owners and tenants. After rent is collected and expenses are deducted, funds are deposited directly into your account, typically within 3–5 business days.

 

We also place a strong emphasis on helping our owners remain compliant with California’s ever-changing property management and rental regulations. By staying informed and proactive, we handle issues efficiently and help ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for our owners.
